VT-1650 features a ‘One Gear Box’ drive system that minimizes thermal deformation, and a low center of gravity design with a one-piece base frame, providing best stability and load distribution for a highly rigid structure. It is equipped with high precision thrust ball bearings and cylindrical roller bearings, making it suitable for medium to heavy duty cutting and precision machining.
High Performance Milling Ram
The high performance ram used in the VT-1650 provides extra powerful and stable milling performance, also ideal for deep hole drilling. The machine offers best class feed range and power, various milling functions to reduce turning time and increase productivity.
Cross Rail And Column
The cross rail, driven by precision ball screws and AC servo motor, holds the column in a highly precise and stable manner. Its hydraulically clamped structure supports stability during drilling, tapping or milling processes.
C-Axis Unit
The built-in C-axis control unit enables precise operations of boring, drilling, milling, tapping, etc to meet various machining conditions.
